Ingredients

  • Caffeine anhydrous 100 mg

    Improves mental alertness and wakefulness

    Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.5 mg

Riboflavin is essential for the utilisation of energy from food and acts as co-enzymes in metabolic reactions

    Fructose

Fructose (fruit sugar) is sweeter than sucrose but has a lower glycaemic index; meaning that it takes longer to be broken down to glucose than sucrose. Short term replacement of sucrose with fructose gives better glycaemic control - better for diabetes than sugar.
