Pack size: Turbo Energy is available in two flavours, the original Turbo Energy flavour and mixed berries flavour. Turbo Energy is available as single sachets, in packs of 15 sachets and packs of 30 sachets.

Dosage

Take one sachet up to three times per day. Dissolve the content of one sachet in half a glass of water. Is available in boxes with 15 sachets in Original / Mixed Berries

Fructose

Fructose (fruit sugar) is sweeter than sucrose but has a low glycaemic index; meaning that it takes longer to be broken down to glucose than sucrose. Short term replacement of sucrose with fructose gives better glycaemic control - better for diabetes than sugar.
